Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base
- 800 g strawberries
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g Cremefine
- 300 ml milk
- 1 packet of no-cook vanilla pudding powder
- 60 g sugar
- 1 pack of gelatin powder
- some chocolate drops or chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Halve or cut the washed and hulled strawberries into small pieces. Beat the quark with the sugar until creamy, then gradually add the gelatin powder while whisking continuously. Whip the cream and fold it into the quark mixture. Make the pudding with 300 ml of milk and then stir it evenly into the cream and quark mixture. Spread the cream on the cake base and smooth it down. Arrange the strawberries on the cream and press down lightly. Garnish the cake with chocolate drops or sprinkles, if desired. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
