Yogurt cream with iced blueberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g blueberries, frozen
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 300 g cream yogurt, 19% fat
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, juice and grated zest

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fill each dessert glass with just under a tablespoon of frozen blueberries. Let the remaining berries thaw for 5-10 minutes. Then blend them with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and the milk until smooth. Whisk the yogurt with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until frothy. Spoon the blueberry mixture onto the berries in the glasses. Spoon the yogurt cream over the berries, fold in lightly, and serve immediately.
