Quick Asian noodle soup à la Didi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp Chinese spice
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp hoisin paste
  • 1 can of vegetables (Chinese vegetables), 250 ml
  • 50 g wok noodles (egg noodles)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the chicken broth and add the seasonings. Stir in the Chinese vegetables and egg noodles. Bring the soup to a boil and simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to allow the noodles to absorb the liquid. Plate and serve.
