Lamb loin with rosemary from the Beefer

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 lamb loin(s), approx. 300 g
  • 2 rosemary sprigs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat the Beefer to maximum temperature. Finely chop the rosemary and mix with a pinch of salt and the oil. Grill the lamb loin on the lowest setting for 3 minutes on each side, then move to the highest setting for 60 seconds per side. Lightly score the lamb loin on both sides and brush both sides with the oil.
