Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 sponge cake
- 2 ½ cups cream
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 5 tbsp cocoa, e.g. B. Nesquik or Kaba
- 5 bananas
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- some dark chocolate, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Arrange the halved bananas lengthwise on the cake base. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar, cream stabilizer, and cocoa powder until stiff peaks form, then spoon the mixture onto the bananas in a dome shape. Finally, sprinkle the cake with chocolate and refrigerate to chill.
