Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • some sunflower oil
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 400 g shrimp(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • some chili powder
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

simple, quick and super tasty

Peel and devein the prawns, then fry them in a little sunflower oil. If there is some water in the pan, absorb the water with a kitchen towel. Grate the garlic, but do not add it to the pan yet. The garlic press loses a lot of the flavor, so it is better to grate the garlic finely. When the prawns are golden brown, you can remove them from the pan. Heat the olive oil in the pan and add the prawns back to the pan. Add the rosemary, salt, pepper, garlic, and chili powder to the pan and toss briefly. Arrange the prawns on a plate and serve. Serve with a delicious, fresh baguette. If the smell of garlic bothers you, you can chew on some fresh parsley afterwards; this will reduce the smell somewhat.
