Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base
  • 1 bar of white chocolate (100 g)
  • 1 bar of milk chocolate (100 g)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 2 tsp, heaped powdered sugar
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 1 tsp, heaped cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

a quick treat with melting chocolate and fresh blueberries

Place the cake base on a serving platter. Crumble the two chocolate bars and spread them over the cake base. Place the prepared cake base in the microwave and melt the chocolate at 600 watts for three minutes. Meanwhile, whip the cream with powdered sugar and cream stiffener until stiff peaks form. Remove the cake base from the microwave and spread the whipped cream evenly over the top. Arrange a wreath of blueberries and dust the cake with cinnamon.
