Quick Bruschetta Made from Canned Tomatoes

The perfect quick bruschetta made from canned tomatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Canned tomatoes, pieces
  • 80 g Onion, finely diced
  • 1 piece Garlic cloves pressed
  • 10 g Basil or parsley
  • 10 ml Olive oil
  • 5 g Salt
  • 1 g Pepper
  1. Let the tomatoes run off in a pasta sieve – only the coarse pieces are needed!
  1. The juice can still be collected and processed into a Bloody Mary
  1. Mix the tomato pieces with the diced onion, herbs, oil and spices and let stand for 10 minutes
  1. Tastes delicious on toast or black bread
