Quick Bruschetta Made from Canned Tomatoes
The perfect quick bruschetta made from canned tomatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Canned tomatoes, pieces
- 80 g Onion, finely diced
- 1 piece Garlic cloves pressed
- 10 g Basil or parsley
- 10 ml Olive oil
- 5 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
- Let the tomatoes run off in a pasta sieve – only the coarse pieces are needed!
- The juice can still be collected and processed into a Bloody Mary
- Mix the tomato pieces with the diced onion, herbs, oil and spices and let stand for 10 minutes
- Tastes delicious on toast or black bread
- Optional: black olives, corn, tangerines
