Two Kinds of Bruschetta with Tomatoes and Mushrooms
The perfect two kinds of bruschetta with tomatoes and mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Baguette
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 toe Garlic
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 2 Branches Thyme
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 100 g Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 8 Slices of baguette cut diagonally into 5 cm wide slices.
- Finely chop the garlic and place in the oil, let it soak in. Add the spices and salt. Brush the baguette with garlic oil and roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Bruschetta with mushrooms: cut the mushrooms into slices. Fry for 3 minutes in oil, finely chop the thyme and add together with the spices and lemon juice. Take it off the stove.
- Bruschetta with tomatoes: finely chop the tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Cover 4 slices of bread with the tomatoes and 4 with the mushrooms and serve immediately.
