Fried Meatballs with Cheese

  • 1000 g Ground beef
  • 250 g Cheese, diced or in pencils
  • 10 g Salt
  • 10 g Mustard, hot
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 piece Eggs
  1. Mix ground beef with eggs, breadcrumbs, cheese and spices + mustard
  1. Form small balls, approx. 3 cm in diameter
  1. Fry in batches at 160 degrees for 10 minutes
