Fried Meatballs with Cheese

- 1000 g Ground beef
- 250 g Cheese, diced or in pencils
- 10 g Salt
- 10 g Mustard, hot
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- 2 piece Eggs
- Mix ground beef with eggs, breadcrumbs, cheese and spices + mustard
- Form small balls, approx. 3 cm in diameter
- Fry in batches at 160 degrees for 10 minutes
