Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ⅛ liter milk
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 can pineapple, sliced, drained
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with pineapple slices
Whisk the egg, sugar, and milk thoroughly. Sift in the flour and baking powder. The batter should still be slightly runny, then pour it into a greased cake pan. Place the drained pineapple slices on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C – 200°C for about 25 minutes. Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
