Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 bunch of carrots
- 3 potatoes
- salt and pepper
- salt water
- 1 tsp sugar
- Coriander powder
- Anise powder
- tarragon
- e.g. tomato paste
- Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and a little tomato paste, form into small meatballs, and boil in salted water. Slice the carrots, season with anise, coriander, and tarragon, and boil in salted water to which 1 teaspoon of sugar has been added. After about 10 minutes, add the diced potatoes to the carrots. When the carrots and potatoes are tender, add the meatballs and season to taste. Finally, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
