Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Almond sticks or leaves
  • 100 g Brown sugar
  • 200 g Sunflower seeds
  • 1 Eggs

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together. (If you like, you can also add other ingredients such as coconut flakes or raisins)
  • Spread parchment paper on a baking sheet and use a teaspoon to make small (really not too large) dough piles. It is best to press the blobs flat again.
  • Bake at approx. 180C ° top and bottom heat for approx. 10 minutes. Do not let them get too dark, otherwise they will taste burnt.
