Quick Cheesecake with Blueberries

The perfect quick cheesecake with blueberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Blueberries
  • 5 Eggs separated
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 75 g Butter
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 80 g Soft wheat semolina
  1. Wash and set aside the blueberries and separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff, stir together the egg yolks with the butter and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the quark and semolina, then carefully fold in the egg whites and finally fold in the blueberries. Preheat the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes. Switch off the oven and let the cake rest for another 20 minutes.
