Quick Chicken Soup

Ingredients
 

  • 2 large Chicken legs - if possible with a bit of breast
  • 1,5 L Water
  • 1 bunch Soup green fresh:
  • Celery, carrot, parsley root, leek, parsley
  • 0,25 Peeled red peppers
  • 0,5 tsp Turmeric
  • Pepper salt
  • 3 cups Boiled rice or small soup noodles

Instructions
 

  • Put the clubs in the cold water, pepper, add salt turmeric and then bring to the boil. Meanwhile, peel the celery, carrot, parsley root and leek of the soup greens, cut into small pieces, add to the broth and simmer. Add the red peppers to the broth as well, but only about 10 minutes before the end of the cooking process. Total cooking time is approx. 40 minutes (meat of the legs must detach from the bone)
  • In the meantime, cook some rice or small noodles according to the instructions, drain and have them ready. Then remove the cooked legs, remove the bones, cut the meat into small bite-sized pieces and return to the stock with the rice or pasta. Chop the parsley from the soup greens and only now sprinkle into the soup. Finished!!
  • Third, eat a decent, nice and hot portion of it now and the flu has bad cards.
