Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 450 g chicken strips
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 bell peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 pack of KNORR Naturally Delicious! Spicy Goulash (seasoning base)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

with spice base

First, I brown the meat with the onion and garlic cloves. Then, I briefly sauté the vegetables, add 300 ml of water, and stir in the seasoning base. I then taste the sauce and, if desired, add a little salt, pepper, and sweet paprika. Then, the meat simmers on low heat for about 30 minutes.
