Chili con carne with cream, corn and kidney beans

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of Knorr Naturally Delicious Chili con Carne (seasoning base)
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • n. B. Salt
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • 300 ml water
  • 300 g minced meat

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with spice base

Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and paprika. Brown it in hot oil, chopping it into small pieces with a wooden spoon or similar. Add 300 ml of cold water and stir in the seasoning base. Add half a cup of cream. Add the beans and corn and bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer for a few minutes. We like to eat this with bread rolls, or, if you have leftover chili, it also tastes great on pizza.
