Quick Chicory Pan

The perfect quick chicory pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Fresh chicory
  • 100 g Boiled ham
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  1. Peel the onion and cut into small pieces.
  2. Remove the bitter stalk from the chicory, quarter it and cut it down (pieces about 1 cm wide). Cut the ham into any small pieces.
  3. Fry the onion with sugar in oil until translucent.
  4. Add the chicory over a medium heat and stir patiently until it becomes a bit translucent too.
