Quick Chicory Pan
The perfect quick chicory pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Fresh chicory
- 100 g Boiled ham
- 1 Red onion
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- Peel the onion and cut into small pieces.
- Remove the bitter stalk from the chicory, quarter it and cut it down (pieces about 1 cm wide). Cut the ham into any small pieces.
- Fry the onion with sugar in oil until translucent.
- Add the chicory over a medium heat and stir patiently until it becomes a bit translucent too.
- Add the sliced ham and heat.
- Carefully season with salt and generously with pepper.
