Chocolate apple muesli

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 80 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, dark
  • 1 tsp, heaped cinnamon sugar
  • 1 apple
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 handful of coconut chips

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

In a bowl, combine the oats with milk, cocoa powder, and cinnamon sugar. Let it swell for about 30-40 minutes. Core the apple and coarsely grate it with the peel. Immediately sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Once the oats are well swollen, mix in the grated apple. Reserve some apple for the topping! Transfer everything to a dessert glass, top with the remaining grated apple, and sprinkle with some coconut flakes.
