Use up leftovers, very tasty

Bake the ciabatta in the oven according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, slice and fry the potatoes. Peel and finely chop the onion, and add it (depending on your taste). Fry the bacon or ham. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Cut the baked ciabatta lengthwise. Spread both halves with sour cream. Layer the potatoes, bacon, and tomato slices on top, season as desired, and top with the cheese. Place in the oven with the residual heat for about 4-5 minutes, until the cheese begins to melt. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
