Paprika – sour cream – baked rolls, quick and delicious

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 rolls for baking
  • 100g salami
  • 2 bell peppers, colored
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp herbal salt
  • pepper
  • possibly chili powder or Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the salami and mixed bell peppers into small cubes (or chop in a food processor for 3 seconds on speed 4). Add the herb salt, a pinch of pepper, perhaps a little chili powder or Tabasco, grated cheese, and sour cream, and mix well (food processor: 20 seconds/reverse/speed 2-3). Halve the rolls and spread with the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 12 minutes.
