Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large cucumber(s), approx. 500 g
- 400 g tomatoes
- 1 bunch watercress
- 1 large egg(s), hard-boiled
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- salt and pepper

Wash the cucumber thoroughly and trim the ends. Halve the cucumber lengthwise and cut into thin slices or slice. Wash, dry, and halve the tomatoes, remove the stem ends, deseed the tomatoes if desired, and slice or strip them. Remove the yellow leaves and thicker stems from the watercress. Carefully rinse and drain the watercress. Arrange the ingredients in serving bowls. Mix the oil with the vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar and drizzle over the salad ingredients. Peel the hard-boiled egg, finely chop it, and sprinkle it over the salad.
