Sausage salad without garlic

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 300 g poultry sausage without garlic
  • 50 g shallot(s)
  • 50 g gherkins
  • 50 g pearl onions, crunchy and spicy
  • 5 tbsp cucumber juice
  • 3 tbsp walnut oil
  • 2 tbsp spirit vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey, spicy
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • n. B. Salt and pepper, white, finely ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

Cut the sausage into thin strips, clean the shallots, and cut them into small cubes. Cut the gherkins and pearl onions into thin sticks or slices. Prepare a vinaigrette with the washed and finely chopped dill and the remaining ingredients. Arrange all prepared ingredients in a bowl and finally fold in the vinaigrette. The salad should now rest in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours. This gives the spices enough time to develop. Adjust seasoning if necessary before serving. Approx. 250 kcal per 100 g.
