Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 kg cucumber(s), peeled
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 stalk(s) dill
  • 3 tsp mustard seeds
  • 6 tbsp vinegar essence
  • 3 small onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

Simply place all ingredients in a Tupperware bowl, shake or stir, and let it sit for 24 hours. Cut the cucumbers into small pieces beforehand, of course.
