Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 ml water, lukewarm
- 50 g yeast
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt and sugar
- 500 g flour, type 550
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix yeast and water together. Add salt, sugar, and oil. Gradually add flour until the dough is smooth (not too stiff). Pour the dough into a greased 1.5-liter baking pan and let it rest for 20 minutes. Score the bread and brush with lukewarm water. Bake for 35 minutes at 225 degrees Celsius.
