Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g tomatoes
- 16 lasagna sheets, without pre-cooking
- 300 g cheese (raclette or processed cheese)
- 200 ml cream
- 200 ml milk
- salt and pepper

quick, easy and super tasty
Slice the tomatoes. First, place one layer of tomato slices in a gratin dish and season well. Place one layer of lasagna sheets on top. Repeat the tomatoes, and so on, until 3/4 of the dish is full. Finally, add the pasta. Cut the raclette cheese into small cubes. Briefly heat the milk and cream and melt the raclette cheese in it. Pour everything over the lasagna and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
