Ingredients for 7 servings:
- 6 spring onions
- 1 can/n tomatoes, or 6 – 12 fresh
- 1 large head of white cabbage
- 2 large bell peppers, green
- 1 bunch of celery
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2 bags of beef broth (instant)
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- chili powder
- Water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Boil in a pot for 10 minutes. Add the instant broth. Then fill the pot with water, making sure the vegetables are generously covered. Then simmer over low heat. Season the soup with a little salt and plenty of pepper, curry powder, chili powder, and parsley.
