Quick, easy pea spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 3 medium-sized garlic cloves
  • 80 g rapeseed oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with peas, nuts, and garlic; vegan

Defrost the peas slightly in the microwave, peel the garlic, and roughly chop it. Puree the peas with the nuts, garlic, and rapeseed oil. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme. One serving is about the size of a small mason jar. The spread will keep for a few days in the refrigerator and at least a few weeks in the freezer.
