Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 apple, pitted
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes
  • n. B. Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Then microwave for no more than 30 seconds.
