Quick, easy waffle strawberry cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of waffles, fresh, approx. 300 g
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of cream powder (Paradise Cream), vanilla
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 1 pack of cake glaze, e.g. strawberry or red

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

without baking, for a square shape

Line a square baking dish with the waffles. Mix the yogurt, vanilla sugar, and Paradies Creme. Spread it on the waffles. Halve the strawberries and spread them on the cream. Prepare the glaze according to the package instructions and pour it over the strawberries to finish. Refrigerate the cake for about 1 hour and enjoy.
