Quick flatbread with 3 ingredients

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 250 g natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine flour and baking powder in a bowl. Then mix in the yogurt and form a dough. Shape the dough into small loaves and roll them out thinly with a little flour. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes. Perfect for grilling.
