Quick Forest Mushroom Soup

- 80 g Chanterelles
- 80 g Mushrooms
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 0,25 Onion
- 150 g Sour cream
- Fresh thyme
- Finely chopped parsley
- Freshly chopped chives
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
- Sugar
- Cut the onions and mushrooms into slices.
- Season the mushrooms with salt, pepper and a little sugar
- Fry the onions in oil
- Add the mushrooms and thyme
- Stir in the sour cream and bring to the boil briefly
- Puree to taste
- Add the remaining herbs
