Quick Forest Mushroom Soup

  • 80 g Chanterelles
  • 80 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 0,25 Onion
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • Fresh thyme
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • Freshly chopped chives
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  1. Cut the onions and mushrooms into slices.
  2. Season the mushrooms with salt, pepper and a little sugar
  3. Fry the onions in oil
  4. Add the mushrooms and thyme
