12.48 Uhr Beginn der Pastaproduktion

  • While the pasta is being produced, grate Parmesan cheese from 150 p.m. and sauté a few tomatoes with garlic and smoked olive oil in the pan. Don't forget to cut the spaghetti to the desired length every now and then.

parallel at 12:51 p.m.

  • Let the already boiled water boil for 3 minutes with a tablespoon of salt and the first spin of spaghetti.

    Handwork

    • If you do not have the appropriate machine, you can of course prepare this pasta by hand. After being well kneaded, the pasta dough should rest for approx. 30 minutes if it is handmade (preferably in a cool place) - then it is rolled out as thinly and deliberately as possible and cut into the appropriate pasta variants as desired. For e.g. Spaghetti`s can be saved with this trick = rolling up the dough, which is rolled out and floured on the surface, a considerable amount of time to finish. The rolling pin then only needs to be cut into wafer-thin slices and the slices can be added directly to the boiling water
