Quick Friesentorte with raspberries and cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of cake bases for Friesentorten, 2-piece
  • 500 g whipped cream
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 package of frozen raspberries, approx. 300 g, thawed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with ready-made cake base super fast

Unwrap the Friesentor cake base and set the top layer aside. Whip the cream with sugar until stiff and spread it over the base. Distribute the thawed raspberries over the cream, keeping them slightly less crowded. Now place the top layer of the cake base on top.
