Quick fruit muesli

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g fruit, e.g. strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp yogurt, 1.5% fat (40 g)
  • 150 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 50 g quark, 0.3% fat
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes
  • ½ tsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine everything in a bowl and puree with a blender or immersion blender. If the consistency is too thick, thin with a little water if necessary. This quick muesli can be consumed immediately or, if you’re short on time, consumed on the go in the morning using a to-go cup.
