Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g fruit, e.g. strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp yogurt, 1.5% fat (40 g)
- 150 ml milk, 1.5% fat
- 50 g quark, 0.3% fat
- 1 tbsp oat flakes
- ½ tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Combine everything in a bowl and puree with a blender or immersion blender. If the consistency is too thick, thin with a little water if necessary. This quick muesli can be consumed immediately or, if you’re short on time, consumed on the go in the morning using a to-go cup.
