Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 packs of spelt pizza dough
- 80 ml olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch rosemary
- 1 bunch of thyme
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Sea salt
- some olive oil for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Finely chop the garlic, mix with 80 ml of oil and the herbs. Lightly oil a cake pan. Roll out the pizza dough and brush with the herb oil. Fold each dough in half lengthwise and cut each into 6 pieces. Place these pieces in the pan and sprinkle with a little sea salt. Bake in the oven at 190°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
