Quick herb sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 cube of herb(s)
  • ½ tsp vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp chives, cut into fine rolls
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Then add the flour and whisk to combine. Pour in the milk and whisk again until thickened. Then add the herb mix, vegetable stock, parsley, and chives. Depending on the consistency, add a little more milk if necessary and simmer over low heat.
