Quick Italian onion salad with tuna and beans

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 can of tuna, approx. 130 g
  • 1 can of broad beans, approx. 250 g
  • 1 jar of peppers, pickled, approx. 250 g
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the broad beans into a colander and rinse under running water. Place the tuna and pickled peppers into a colander and let them drain. Peel the onions and slice them thinly. Rinse and quarter the tomatoes. Wash the parsley, shake dry, and chop finely. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
