Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 600 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 200 g frozen edamame
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Bring the broth and miso paste to a boil. Add the soy sauce and edamame and simmer for about 5 minutes, until the edamame are al dente or tender.
