Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 1 small head of white cabbage
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Blanch the tomatoes in hot water, peel, and dice. Deseed and dice the bell peppers, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Shred the cabbage. Heat the oil, sauté the cabbage, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and onion, deglaze with the broth, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
