- 125 g mini mozzarella
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch of basil
- Balsamic cream
- olive oil
- Salt, from the mill

Drain the mozzarella water and halve the balls. Count the number of cherry tomatoes equal to the number of mozzarella balls, rinse them, and halve them as well. Thread half a tomato, a basil leaf, and half a mozzarella ball onto toothpicks. The half tomato and half mozzarella should visually form a ball. Arrange the finished skewers on a platter and drizzle with olive oil. Then, in a tight zigzag motion, spoon the balsamic vinegar over the skewers. Sprinkle with a little salt from the mill before serving.
