Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 75 g Natural yoghurt
  • 125 ml Milk

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix roughly with a spoon, then knead with your hands to form a smooth, supple dough. Now divide this into 6 parts and shape into balls. Now roll out each ball into a flat sheet of dough.
  • Heat a non-stick pan until it starts smoking. Then fry the flat cakes in it (without adding any fat) 1 - 2 on each side.
