Quick Naan Bread
The perfect quick naan bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Wheat flour
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 75 g Natural yoghurt
- 125 ml Milk
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix roughly with a spoon, then knead with your hands to form a smooth, supple dough. Now divide this into 6 parts and shape into balls. Now roll out each ball into a flat sheet of dough.
- Heat a non-stick pan until it starts smoking. Then fry the flat cakes in it (without adding any fat) 1 – 2 on each side.
