Ingredients
- 150 g Gluten-Free flour from Schär
- 50 g Food starch
- 50 g Ground almonds
- 1 packet Tartar baking powder
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Pk Vanilla sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 50 g Butter
- 4 El Milk
- 750 g Apples
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 Pk Baking custard cream
- 10 g Butter
- 1 El Sugar
Instructions
- Peel and core apples and cut into wedges.
- Sift flour, cornstarch and baking powder.
- Mix the soft butter, sugar and vanilla sugar and lemon zest until frothy, gradually stir in the eggs and milk.
- Mix the flour and almonds into the dough, tablespoon at a time.
- Prepare the pudding cream according to the instructions.
- Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (26 - 28 cm) and spread the pudding cream onto the dough.
- Spread the apple wedges on the dough and bake at 200 ° for 40 minutes.
- After baking, brush the cake with the melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Serve with a dollop of cream and enjoy your meal
