Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Gluten-Free flour from Schär
  • 50 g Food starch
  • 50 g Ground almonds
  • 1 packet Tartar baking powder
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Pk Vanilla sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 50 g Butter
  • 4 El Milk
  • 750 g Apples
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 Pk Baking custard cream
  • 10 g Butter
  • 1 El Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Peel and core apples and cut into wedges.
  • Sift flour, cornstarch and baking powder.
  • Mix the soft butter, sugar and vanilla sugar and lemon zest until frothy, gradually stir in the eggs and milk.
  • Mix the flour and almonds into the dough, tablespoon at a time.
  • Prepare the pudding cream according to the instructions.
  • Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (26 - 28 cm) and spread the pudding cream onto the dough.
  • Spread the apple wedges on the dough and bake at 200 ° for 40 minutes.
  • After baking, brush the cake with the melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Serve with a dollop of cream and enjoy your meal
  • Since my little granddaughter has to eat gluten-free, I will now post some gluten-free recipes here, I hope you will like them. Of course, the gluten-free flour can be replaced by normal.
