Quick Noodle Soup

The perfect quick noodle soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 bunch Soup greens fresh
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • 1 liter Vegetable juice
  • 5 Viennese
  • 150 g Green peas
  • 125 g Soup noodles
  1. Wash and clean the soup vegetables, cut into small pieces, peel the onions and cut into cubes:
  2. Heat some oil in a saucepan and sauté the vegetables and onions for 5 minutes, season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  3. Now pour in the vegetable juice, bring to the boil and simmer on a low heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Puree the soup, add the chopped wieners and the peas, let them get hot and finally add the noodles.
  5. Put the soup on a plate, sprinkle with a little parsley and serve a dollop of sour cream.
