Ingredients

  • 500 ml Chicken broth
  • 1 Kohlrabi fresh
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Good mood - spice blossom mixture
  • 2 pinch Ground ginger
  • 2 pinch Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • Soup noodles

Instructions

  • Peel the kohlrabi and cut into small cubes.
  • Then put the chicken stock and the spices in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  • Depending on which noodles you use, they are added immediately after boiling or later. (This time I took the small Arabic ones, they have a longer cooking time and that's why I added them right away.)
  • Cook the whole thing with the lid on over low heat until the kohlrabi and noodles are cooked through. (This also depends on the size of the kohlrabi pieces as well as the quality.)
  • RECIPE I used from my KB: ... Cooking: 2-in-1 ... Chicken broth and cream soup ... (Points 1-11)
  • GOOD MOOD - spice blossom preparation consists of: sea salt, garlic, wild garlic, oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme, marigolds, rose petals and cornflowers (from organic farming)
