Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 375 ml Game stock
- salt and pepper
- 125 ml whipped cream
- 2 tbsp cranberry compote
- some lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- Rosemary, ground, to taste
- Worcestershire sauce, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Bring the game stock and cream to a boil and reduce by half. Then stir in the cranberry compote, bring back to a boil, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with the remaining ingredients and serve with the game.
