Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 8 tbsp sour cream
  • 8 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 18 tbsp, leveled flour
  • 1 handful of pizza cheese
  • some oregano
  • e.g. salami
  • n. B. ham
  • e.g. mushrooms
  • e.g. bell pepper(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix the eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise, and flour into a dough that can be a bit runny. Chop the desired topping ingredients (salami, ham, mushrooms, peppers, or similar) into small pieces. Now grease a nonstick pan with oil and heat it up. Pour half of the dough into the pan. Add a few drops of mayonnaise to the dough, season with oregano, and top with toppings as desired. Finally, sprinkle the cheese over the dough and place the lid on the pan. Reduce the heat to low and watch the cheese melt. When the cheese has melted, the pizza is ready.
