Mix all ingredients and knead until a smooth, soft, and non-sticky dough forms. Heat a pan. Divide the dough into golf-ball-sized balls and roll them out lightly. Fry the flatbreads for 2-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through but not burnt. Tip: You can spread the flatbreads with crème fraîche and herbs. Instead of diced ham, you can also add cheese, pear pieces, walnuts, or dried tomatoes to the dough, or replace yogurt with soy yogurt or lactose-free yogurt. Gluten-free is also possible using gluten-free flour.
