Wholemeal bread from the Thermomix

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 500 g water
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 2 tsp, heaped salt
  • 150 g grains e.g. flaxseed, sunflower seeds, oat flakes
  • 45 g vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Add all ingredients to the mixing bowl. Knead for 1-2 minutes. The dough won’t be as firm as regular bread dough, but that’s how it should be. It doesn’t need to rise. Line a 30 cm long loaf pan with baking paper and pour in the batter. I sprinkled some sunflower seeds and oat flakes on top. Place the pan on the middle rack of a cold oven and bake at 180-200 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes.
