quickly bring something delicious to the table

Peel the onion and dice into small cubes. Wash, deseed, and cut the bell peppers into slightly larger pieces. Brown the minced meat until crisp and season with salt, pepper, and paprika as desired. At the same time, add the rice and cook until almost tender (about 1-2 minutes less than the minced meat). Add the onion pieces and garlic to the minced meat and simmer briefly to develop some of the stock. Add the bell pepper pieces and simmer over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes, then stir in. Add the tomatoes and curry ketchup, and chili if desired, and mix well to form a sauce (tip: if using whole tomatoes, add a little more water and tomato paste). Add the rice and stir in. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Tastes even better reheated. Also suitable for parties, parades, and other occasions that require preparation.
